1. Educational Purpose

All content on Sun Tzu Trading is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

2. No Adviser-Client Relationship

Use of the website does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, brokerage, or professional relationship. You remain solely responsible for your research, decisions, risk limits, accounts, and results.

3. No Guarantees

Market examples, frameworks, objectives, and historical observations do not guarantee future performance. No statement should be interpreted as a promise of profit, loss prevention, or a particular outcome.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent the content, or reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without permission.

5. Third-Party Market Data

The War Room uses embedded third-party calendars, charts, market briefs, and technical summaries. Data can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or inaccurate. Technical ratings are mechanical summaries and must not be treated as recommendations, predictions, trade signals, or substitutes for independent research.

6. First-Party Merchandise

Sun Tzu Trader merchandise, if activated, is a separate first-party offering. Product availability, pricing, variants, payment, shipping, returns, and fulfillment will be governed by the selected provider’s storefront terms. Merchandise purchases do not influence editorial content, directory inclusion, search ranking, reviews, comparisons, or educational conclusions.

7. Voluntary Support

Voluntary support, if activated, is a first-party contribution toward platform operations and does not purchase goods, ownership, equity, voting rights, membership entitlement, editorial influence, placement, ranking, favorable coverage, search priority, trading signals, or individualized advice. Sun Tzu Trading is not presently represented as a tax-exempt charitable organization and does not represent voluntary support as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

Support transactions may be processed through a PayPal-hosted page and remain subject to the payment processor’s applicable terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements, fees, dispute procedures, and technical availability. No support transaction is accepted while the website states that payment capability is inactive.

8. Independent Third-Party Resources

Sun Tzu Trading does not use affiliate links, referral codes, paid placements, sponsored rankings, or commission-based recommendations. External resource links are direct and uncompensated. Inclusion, review, or discussion does not guarantee suitability, approval, availability, pricing, performance, or results and does not imply endorsement by the reviewed provider or creator.

9. Independent Editorial Reviews

War Council profiles and directory records are independent educational commentary based on publicly available material and cited sources. Reviews may contain opinion, may become outdated, and do not verify private trading performance, account statements, income claims, or profitability. Creators and providers may request factual corrections, but they do not control editorial conclusions.

10. Proprietary Trading Evaluations

Prop-trading evaluation programs may charge nonrefundable fees, use simulated accounts, impose changing drawdown and payout rules, restrict strategies, and limit availability by jurisdiction. Purchasing or passing an evaluation does not guarantee live capital, payouts, profits, or continuing account access. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s current rules before purchase.

11. Wealth-Building Commentary

The Fortified Estate and related field notes discuss cash flow, reserves, asset categories, diversification, and long-term capital allocation for educational purposes. References to third parties are independent commentary and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or adoption of every associated view.

12. Contact and Educational Email Consent

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe a person to educational email. Newsletter enrollment, when activated, will require separate voluntary consent and double opt-in. Sun Tzu Trading does not request SMS consent or send marketing text messages in this release.

13. Intellectual Property

The Sun Tzu Trading name, original graphics, site design, written frameworks, and Sun Tzu Trader merchandise designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Quotations attributed to historical works are used for commentary and educational context.

14. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Tzu Trading is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content, market activity, third-party services, or interrupted access.
